Our café, Moonshine, was so well-loved by our clientele that we decided to expand to boutique stays where our guests can enjoy the Moonshine and admire the bright stars above. The lush greens surrounding the resort provide a serene atmosphere to unwind and recharge.
Moonshine Madness Cafe
The Rock Rose began as one of the oldest café in Bir- Moonshine Madness, where we hosted with a lot of love to keep our customers warm and full on every type of day imaginable. We were the only café that stayed open late into the night, and that made us a popular destination for people who wanted to start their night off right. Now, we are expanding our offerings. We are excited to announce the opening of our unique and exotic resort, located in Upper Bir- The Rock Rose and a heritage stay - The Moonshine Villa. We are welcoming our guests to stay at our resort and share with us the peace and tranquil moments of Bir.
